Our Classes

  • Basic Yoga

    Beginners yoga is a type of yoga practice that is specifically designed for people who are new to yoga or who have limited experience with the practice. It is an excellent way for beginners to learn the basics of yoga and develop a strong foundation for their practice.

    Vinyasa (All Level) Yoga

    Vinyasa yoga is a style of yoga that emphasizes fluid, flowing movements that are synchronized with the breath. The word "vinyasa" means "to place in a special way," and in vinyasa yoga, poses are linked together in a sequence that creates a dynamic, flowing practice.

    Power Yoga

    Power yoga is a dynamic and vigorous style of yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is based on the traditional ashtanga yoga practice, but with more flexibility in the sequencing of poses.
