    Shana B

    INSTRUCTOR

Shana Baumgartner has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching yoga for 10 years. She completed a 500-hour certification in Vinyasa-style yoga and a 30-hour certification in Somatic Yoga. Her yoga practice has evolved throughout the years to become more introspective and philosophical, with an emphasis on anxiety and stress reduction. Her teaching reflects this with creative sequences that draw on her knowledge of Yin, Somatic, Restorative, Hatha, Kripalu, and Vinyasa styles of yoga.

    Stacey Greenholt

    INSTRUCTOR

Stacey was introduced to yoga in 2010 and was immediately hooked by the way it made her body feel. After earning her 200-hour teacher training certificate, she began teaching in 2012. For the next six years, she taught vinyasa style yoga that connected empowering flows to rhythmic breathing. She departed from teaching yoga in 2018 to recover from pain associated with a herniated disc surgery. With time, her back healed. As she continues to focus on rebuilding her strength, flexibility, and body awareness, she wishes to share with you her passion for yoga and what it can do for you.

As we age, our bodies change, and her goal is to help you keep your body limber and strong. As one of her former yoga teachers stressed: never lose the ability to get up and down from the floor. That statement stuck with her. Because she believes that the phrase “use it or lose it” is true, so she strives to keep her body moving by using different exercise modalities.

Her goal is to guide you through postures and movements that will allow you to unlock strength and flexibility while also bringing calmness to your mind. Stacey looks forward to meeting you and sharing the practice with you.
